The board of directors of Sino-foreign joint venture Owens Corning Building Materials Company held a meeting at CJI

　　On the afternoon of July 16, the 20th board of directors of Owens Corning (Nanjing) Building Materials Co., Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture in which CJI shares, was held at CJI. Xue Lequn, General Manager of CJI, Mr. Zhang Guoxiong, Global Vice President and President of Owens Corning, Chairman of Nanjing Company, and relevant personnel attended the meeting. Representatives of Owens Corning (Nanjing) Building Materials Company reported on the production operations and financial situation in the first half of this year, and the fixed asset investment plan for the second half of this year. The meeting voted to approve the change of directors and dividends for 2008 and previous years. After introducing each other to their respective units, the leaders of both sides discussed further strengthening business liaison and strategic cooperation between the two sides. That night, Chairman Kong Xinning, General Manager Xue Lequn, and Deputy General Manager Bu Zhenyang of CJI hosted a banquet for Chairman Zhang Guoxiong and his entourage.
