Real estate companies inspect and evaluate projects under construction

　　Zhongjiang Real Estate Company is implementing five projects: Yangzhou Jinshan Garden, Yangzhou Yudai Home, Taizhou Sansen Garden, Huai 'an Jinyang Garden, and Nanjing Yunlong Mountain City, with a total construction area of nearly 400,000 m2. In order to strengthen project management and improve project management capabilities, the real estate company organized personnel above the company's project manager to conduct roving inspections and evaluations of various projects being implemented from March 27 to 28. The company has specially formulated and issued a roving inspection and evaluation plan and various scoring standards, organized three groups: internal management, on-site management, and cost control to conduct on-site inspections and scores item by item, and held a special summary and evaluation meeting to point out the experience and lessons learned in the implementation process of each project, put forward work requirements for strengthened improvement in the future, and selected an excellent project department.
