The company organizes a major inspection on production safety and wage arrears for migrant workers

　　In order to ensure that the production safety situation of the company's construction projects continues to be stable, and ensure that the wages of migrant workers are paid in full and on time during winter construction, New Year's Day and Spring Festival, and the wages of migrant workers are paid in full, the company's Engineering Management Department conducted a major inspection of production safety and wage arrears for migrant workers in the construction projects in the province from December 2 to 24, focusing on inspecting 10 housing construction projects, 1 steel structure engineering project, 1 decoration project and 1 intelligent project. General Manager Xue Lequn and Assistant General Manager Lu Jiatai participated in the inspection to ensure that there were no complaints caused by migrant workers due to wage arrears this year. During this safety production inspection, it was found that most engineering projects achieved safe production and civilized construction. Especially for the Wuxi New Area Science and Technology Exchange Center project, the gatehouse at the gate of the construction site is marked and eye-catching, the image of "six cards and one picture" is standardized, and the construction site plan, project overview, safety and security system, civilized construction requirements, etc. are clearly visible; the flushing table is set up in a standardized manner, the office area and dormitory area are set up separately, and the health responsibility is assigned to each person. The revolving materials and various construction steel materials are stacked in designated areas and hung with obvious signs. The site protection is in place, the roads are smooth, and the site is clean and tidy; Installation specifications for temporary power lines and facilities; the project department has established a safety education and assessment system, formulated emergency plans, and conscientiously carried out safety inspections and implementation. However, during the inspection, it was also found that some engineering projects had some safety hazards, such as irregularities in on-site management, scaffold erection, and safe operation of lifting equipment. For the safety hazards detected, the Project Management Department promptly issued a rectification notice within a time limit and instructed the Project Department to implement rectification measures. Xue Lequn, general manager of the company, requested that: the understanding of production safety must be further put in place, paralysis should be overcome, and the alarm should be kept ringing; the responsibility for production safety must be further put in place, the management organization should be improved, and the responsibility of personnel should be clarified; the construction of production safety system must be further put in place, management should be standardized, and rewards and punishments should be strictly enforced; investment in production safety must be further put in place, education and training should be strengthened, and labor protection should be strengthened.
