CJI has been selected as the world's top 225 international contractor for the 15th consecutive year and continues to rank first among provincial foreign economic companies in the country. August 13, McGraw of the United States Hill Construction Information Company released the 2008 ENR ranking of the world's top 225 international contractors on its official website. CJI was selected for the 15th consecutive year and continues to rank first among provincial foreign economic companies in the country. In 2007, CJI's overseas projects increased sharply, with a newly signed international contract value of US$700 million and a completed turnover of US$280 million, forming four key markets of more than US$100 million in the Caribbean, Angola, Botswana, and Mauritius. At the same time, the business method has changed from general construction contracting to high-end organizational forms such as EPC. The main business has extended from general housing construction projects to large-scale infrastructure projects. The contracting field has been continuously expanded, and project management capabilities have increased rapidly. According to ENR statistics, a total of 51 companies in mainland China are on the list. The main characteristics are that overseas performance has further grown, with the average growth rate close to the level of the world's leading companies; second, the distribution pattern of China companies has not changed much, and their rankings have increased and decreased; third, there is still a large gap between the strength of China companies and leading international contractors.
