Announcement No. 100 of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs promulgated the "2008 Catalog of Goods under Import License Administration"

　　In accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods, the 2008 Catalogue of Goods under Import License Administration is hereby issued, and relevant issues are announced as follows: In 2008, one type of goods subject to import license management was ozone depleting substances, with a total of 10 8-digit HS codes (including 57 10-digit HS codes). This catalog will be implemented as of January 1, 2008. The 2007 Catalog of Commodities under Import License Administration will be repealed at the same time.
