It also requires all project departments that organize construction within the provincial administrative region to establish separate branch schools for migrant workers. The branch school of migrant workers 'spare time schools is established and managed by each engineering branch (subsidiary) company, and the Engineering Project Department is specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of education and training. The educational venue of the migrant workers 'spare time school mainly uses the staff canteen, conference room or activity room at the construction site, and signs are hung. The teaching management system of the migrant workers' school, student rules, teaching plans and other contents are set on the indoor wall. The president of the branch is the project manager, and the deputy president is the technical director of the project department. Teachers at all levels are divided into technical leaders and relevant leaders of quality, safety, human resources, laws and regulations, etc. The content of education and training should be determined mainly based on the progress of each project and the actual situation of migrant workers, with the focus on safety knowledge, laws and regulations, social morality, professional ethics, health and epidemic prevention, operational skills, current affairs and politics, etc.
