Work to promote the sustained, stable, healthy and harmonious development of the company's operations. The "Measures" require all professional companies, overseas agencies, and comprehensive departments to perform their duties, move forward, strictly observe and work tirelessly, increase supervision of project construction and material procurement, and strictly prevent commercial bribery.
