The Human Resources Branch delivered a speech at the Provincial General Administration Building Learning Organization Forum

　　On October 29, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions held a forum on creating learning organizations. More than 30 provincial-affiliated enterprises and institutions participated in the forum. Some units spoke at the forum, demonstrating their rich and colorful creation forms and vivid effects. The International Human Resources Cooperation Branch was awarded the "Learning Team (Team) Name" by the Jiangsu Province Federation of Trade Unions in 2006 and was invited to participate in this forum. At the meeting, Comrade Dai Yanyang of the company gave a speech on "Creating a team learning atmosphere and improving team innovation capabilities" and introduced the company's main practices in building a learning enterprise: First, adhere to goal guidance and integrate organizational learning into the company's business development strategy; second, strengthen learning promotion and assistance, and build an open multi-level learning system; third, stimulate creative potential and transform employees 'learning ability into driving force for company development. Leaders of the Federation of Trade Unions and representatives attending the meeting spoke highly of the founding concept, diversified learning methods and achievements of CJI Human Resources Cooperation Branch, and believed that it was a strong role model.
