Over the years, the Singapore branch has undertaken general contracting projects including Tangcheng Antique Park, Ruima Center Warehouse, Deming Private Apartment, Youwen Private Apartment, as well as Tanjong Yu Private Apartment, Qingshui Garden Private Apartment, Jurong East Government HDB, Xihu Garden Premium Apartment, West Coast Road Private Apartment, 240 residential buildings in Wanli Lane, Changi Prison Expansion, Martin Road Huijin Garden (Hemen) Apartment, Jalambro Factory, 706 Subway Station, Yishun Yitongyi Luxury Terrace House, More than 100 structural and building subcontracting projects such as the Central City SOHO Building and Shanghai Zhongfu Huayuan High-end Residential Building have a cumulative contract value and turnover of 340 million Singapore dollars, and a total of 12000 workers have been dispatched.
