Ding Kang made a special speech at the labor cooperation business training meeting held by the Foreign Contractors Chamber of Commerce

　　From May 23 to 25, 2007, China Foreign Contracting Engineering Chamber of Commerce held the "2007 Foreign Labor Cooperation Business Management Training Conference" in Suzhou. At the meeting, foreign labor cooperation management policies, industry norms, management science and leader behavior were discussed. Nearly 100 operating companies across the country sent personnel to participate in the training meeting. Secretary-General Pang Lu of the Contractor Chamber of Commerce attended the meeting and gave instructions. Relevant labor experts of the Contractor Association and representatives of some operating companies made speeches. Comrade Ding Kang, assistant to the general manager and manager of the human resources branch of CJI, was invited to deliver a special speech on "The Application of Management Science in Foreign Labor Cooperation Business" on behalf of the company. He mainly elaborated on two parts of the content, one is the application of process management in enterprise management, and the other is the application of psychology in the recruitment and management of labor personnel. Leaders of the Chamber of Commerce and representatives attending the meeting spoke highly of CJI's scientific management methods and achievements in the practice of expatriate labor services, especially pointing out that the application of psychology in expatriate labor services is worth promoting in the industry.
