Xue Lequn participated in a special seminar for general managers of provincial foreign economic enterprises
From June 6 to 7, the Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation held the provincial foreign economic cooperation work conference and the 13th General Managers Seminar of Foreign Economic Enterprises at the Jinling Riverside International Convention Center Hotel. Xue Lequn, the company's general manager, delivered a key speech on behalf of CJI focusing on the theme of "Jointly Going Global to Expand International Markets". In his speech, Xue Lequn introduced the company's main practices in implementing the joint "going global" strategy: first, joint construction companies to "go global", second, joint design institutes to "go global", third, joint manufacturers to "go global", and fourth, joint large enterprises to "go global". Xue Lequn pointed out based on examples that alliance is conducive to giving full play to one's comparative advantages, alliance is conducive to improving one's comprehensive strength, alliance is conducive to forming a socialized division of labor and cooperation system, and alliance is conducive to fulfilling corporate social responsibilities. He also put forward views and suggestions on issues such as the construction of a liability guarantee system, the construction of a policy support system, and the construction of a government coordination system. In recent years, the province's foreign contracted labor services have developed rapidly, but insufficient funds and talents have become a bottleneck restricting development. Strengthening alliances among enterprises and achieving complementary advantages are effective ways to optimize resource allocation and solve the shortage of talent funds. While our business is developing, the security issues faced by our overseas companies and personnel are becoming increasingly prominent. The meeting arranged a total of five companies to give key speeches on this topic. Relevant leaders of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce, the China Chamber of Commerce for Foreign Contracting Engineering, and the Provincial Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation also put forward opinions and requirements on promoting alliances among enterprises and promoting the sound and rapid development of our province's foreign contracting labor service business.
