Shanghai Keshida-Huayang Automobile Electric Co., Ltd. project contracted by mainland company started

　　The Shanghai Keshida-Huayang Automobile Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. project located in Anting Town, Jiading District, Shanghai City, which was contracted by Zhongjiang Continental Company and invested by German Keshida and other companies, held a groundbreaking ceremony at the site on the morning of May 15, 2007, and piling began after the ceremony. Shanghai Keshida-Huayang Automobile Electric Co., Ltd. is a joint venture jointly invested by German Keshida Company, Guihang Group Huayang Power Plant and Shanghai Jiading Anting Industrial Co., Ltd., with a total investment of approximately 60 million euros and a registered capital of approximately 20 million euros. This project includes a comprehensive factory building, LPG cylinder room and ancillary facilities, etc., with a total construction area of approximately 22000 m2 and a total contract price of more than 80 million yuan. The project is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2007.
