The factory project of CSSC Changxing Shipbuilding Base undertaken by Zhongjiang Construction Branch won the Shanghai City Golden Steel Award

　　Recently, the No. 2 plane section factory building project of the first phase of CSSC Changxing Shipbuilding Base organized and constructed by Zhongjiang Construction Branch won the 2006 Shanghai City Metal Structure Construction Project Golden Steel Award (the highest steel structure award in Shanghai City). The project is located in Shanghai CSSC Changxing Shipbuilding Base and is a key project in Shanghai City. President Hu Jintao personally inspected the construction site in May 2006. The project has a contract value of more than 72 million yuan and a total construction area of 76,000 square meters. It is a heavy-duty steel structure with a single span of 36 meters. It is another large-scale engineering project implemented by Zhongjiang Construction Branch in Shanghai after the 13#Neighborhood Project of Pujiang Town Directional Resettlement Base at the Shanghai World Expo.
