The project team adjusted the implementation plan in a timely manner based on the company's actual situation, and expanded the implementation scope from the original 6 pilot units to 25 eligible units, 6 months ahead of the original plan. In the morning of the same day, the NC Project Implementation Office held a project commissioning mobilization meeting in the company's 8th floor conference room attended by all the company's financial personnel, requiring the financial personnel of each unit to properly handle the relationship between daily work and NC project implementation so as not to affect the business. At the same time, do a good job in centralized data entry. In order to ensure the smooth progress of centralized entry, the project team made sufficient preparations, placed 20 computers in the conference room on the 8th floor, and assigned a dedicated person to answer questions on the spot, which greatly improved the efficiency of entry. The implementation of NC financial management software was a major event in Zhongjiang's financial system in 2006. The company's leaders attached great importance to it. During the centralized entry period, Chairman Kong Xinning visited the company on the site and encouraged the work of the financial personnel. Leaders of various units also fully support the work of the financial personnel. As of May 31, most units have completed preliminary data entry, and some units with large business volume are also working overtime to complete the entry work as soon as possible. It is expected that by the end of June, all units in trial operation will use the new system to handle daily financial work, laying a good foundation for the entire group to fully implement UFIDA NC financial management software.
