Lu Guilong Leads Delegation to Jiangsu Coastal Development Group

   On September 21, Lu Guilong, Deputy General Manager of China Jiangsu International Group, led a delegation to Jiangsu Coastal Development Group Co., Ltd., a strategic investor in Complete Equipment Company. The two sides discussed operations, strategic transformation, business development and future cooperation. Deputy General Manager Hu Guoping received the delegation and attended.

   Discussions focused on the transformation and upgrading of provincial SOEs. As traditional businesses face pressure, the Group is drawing on overseas resources to help Complete Equipment Company expand equipment exports. In digital development, the company has built a transparent procurement platform for SOEs, launched a tendering AI agent and explored computing center cooperation. Both groups have also established specialized energy and carbon businesses through new subsidiaries, developing contract energy management and investment in zero-carbon applications to support high-quality transformation.

   Hu Guoping welcomed the delegation and said that, as a strategic investor, Coastal Development Group would strengthen cooperation with the Group and Complete Equipment Company, identify opportunities in their respective areas of strength and promote resource sharing and efficient coordination.

   Lu Guilong thanked Coastal Development Group for its continuing support. With the Group accelerating structural optimization and strategic transformation, he called for closer alignment between the strategic investor and controlling shareholder, regular communication and practical cooperation in emerging sectors such as digital infrastructure and green energy and carbon services, enabling the partners to address market challenges and achieve mutual benefits.

   Participants included Coastal Investment Company Chairman Hou Haifeng, General Manager Ma Guangyuan and department heads; Zhu Haifeng, Director of the Group's Domestic Business Department; Complete Equipment Company Chairman Huang Xu, Deputy General Manager Zhang Ya and colleagues.
