Group Holds 2026 Professional Examination for Finance Personnel

   On September 19, the Group held its 2026 professional examination for finance personnel to strengthen its finance team, consolidate professional foundations and improve accountability and practical capability. Assigned finance heads and deputy finance managers from second-tier units took part.

   Focused on the practical requirements of finance roles, the examination covered the Group's Essential Knowledge and Skills Handbook for Finance Personnel, its Guide to Standardized Performance of Assigned Finance Heads, and recent courses delivered by internal trainers. It assessed participants' understanding of the Group's financial policies, professional duties and technical knowledge.

   The examination assessed assigned finance managers' knowledge and encouraged further learning and consolidation of professional skills. The Group will continue developing financial talent and building a high-caliber professional team to support steady, high-quality growth.
