Overseas Investment Company and Abu Dhabi Investment Office Continue Joint UAE Investment Promotion

On September 14, Overseas Investment Company and the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) jointly held a UAE investment policy briefing in Nanjing. Company Chairman Zou Yonggang and Abdulla Al Yousuf, Head of ADIO's Trade and Logistics Business Cluster, led their respective delegations.

This was their second recent joint UAE investment promotion event in China. Emphasizing focused participation, precise targeting and in-depth discussion, the partners jointly selected companies, matched policy needs and prepared presentations, moving from “broad coverage”toward “targeted engagement”. The company brought together 10 leading Chinese enterprises from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Fujian in sectors including port automation, high- and low-voltage power distribution, medical devices and the Internet of Things. Their businesses closely match Abu Dhabi's industrial priorities, demonstrating deeper cooperation and improving results.

The company has recently stepped up investment promotion, followed prospective investors and prepared several customized matchmaking events. It will continue to use the China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park as a platform and work regularly with ADIO and other UAE authorities to interpret policies, connect resources and support implementation, helping more high-quality Chinese companies enter the UAE and advance bilateral industrial cooperation.

Participating companies introduced their businesses and discussed specific UAE investment matters with Abdulla Al Yousuf and Demi Ping, ADIO's Head of Greater China. After the meeting, the company's investment promotion team accompanied ADIO representatives on company visits and further policy briefings.
