Two industry standards formulated by Zhongjiang Bio-based Company were officially released

   Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved the release of chemical industry standards HG/T 6502-2026 "Bio-based Resin Coatings" and HG/T 3831-2026 "Polyurea Protective Materials". As the main drafting unit, Zhongjiang Bio-based Company participated in the discussion of the provisions, test verification and content revision, and integrated the core technical achievements and industrial application experience accumulated by the company in the field of bio-based materials into the standard.

   HG/T 6502-2026 "Bio-based Resin Coatings" will be officially implemented on December 1, 2026. The standard unifies and standardizes the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs and other contents of bio-based resin coatings, complements the short board of bio-based coatings industry standards, and provides technical support for the green and low-carbon upgrade of the coating industry. HG/T 3831-2026 "Polyurea Protective Materials" will be formally implemented on February 1, 2027. This standard improves the technical system of polyurea protective materials and provides industry basis for product production, engineering application and quality acceptance.

   This participation in the formulation of standards is the affirmation of the core technical strength of Zhongjiang Bio-based Company in the field of bio-based materials by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Coatings and Pigments. The company will continue to rely on the accumulation of scientific research technology and practical application experience, actively participate in the construction of standardization system, and help the standardization and green development of the coating industry.
