The Group held special lectures on compliance management and internal auditor training

In order to further improve the Group's compliance management level, accurately grasp the latest policy requirements for compliance management, and continue to strengthen the professionalism of internal auditors of the compliance management system, the Group held a special lecture on compliance management and internal auditor training on July 27-28.

This training specially invited Liu Lisheng, technical director of Fangyuan Logo Certification Group Jiangsu Co., Ltd., to give a special lecture. Based on the cutting-edge trends of international and domestic compliance management, Liu Lisheng systematically elaborated on the basic concepts, development and evolution, and system standards of compliance management. Combined with the characteristics of the Group's foreign-related business, he focused on interpreting the revised version of the "World Bank Integrity and Compliance Guidelines"(2025 Edition), providing clear guidance for the company to benchmark against the world's first-class and improve its compliance management system. In the training session for internal auditors of the compliance management system, the full-process operating specifications for internal audit of the compliance management system were systematically explained, and the key points of project contracting and international trade compliance review were explained in depth.“How and what?”, which has effectively improved the practical ability and professionalism of the trainees in compliance review. The training content is rich and the cases are detailed, and good results have been achieved. In the next step, the Group will continue to deepen the construction of the compliance management system, strengthen compliance risk management and control in key areas and key links, promote the normalization, specialization and standardization of compliance review and internal audit work, and protect the Group's high-quality development with compliance.

More than 80 people in total participated in the training, including group leaders, compliance officers of affiliated units, heads of compliance management departments, compliance specialists, compliance liaison officers of various departments at the headquarters, and compliance management internal auditors.
