Zhu Xinbao went overseas for front-line research

   Recently, Zhu Xinbao, general manager of CJI, went overseas to conduct on-the-spot research to gain an in-depth understanding of the production and operation of overseas institutions and the local market environment, visited China embassies and key customers abroad, and provided guidance on the operation, management and long-term development of overseas institutions.   

   In Mozambique, Zhu Xinbao met with Sun Kai, General Manager of CNOOC Mozambique, and Miguel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Water Supply and Sanitation Investment and Assets Fund (FIPAAS)·Micas·Langjia conducted in-depth exchanges on the implementation effectiveness of existing project cooperation and discussed future cooperation space around industrial collaboration and business increment. Zhu Xinbao made a special trip to meet with Zheng Xuan, China's Ambassador to Mozambique, and Xu Weili, Economic and Commercial Counselor, to inspect the progress of CNOOC's office decoration project and the latest situation of the Vila Sol project. In addition, Zhu Xinbao had discussions and exchanges with the management team and business backbones of the Mozambican company affiliated to the group, and cordially expressed condolences to the front-line employees, focusing on deepening traditional market development, expanding new quality business, various risk prevention and control, talent team building, and brand culture shaping.    In Mauritius, Zhu Xinbao attended the awarding ceremony of the Harmonya Smart City Project in Abidjan in Cote d'Ivoire, inspected multiple projects under construction such as Phase II of the Icon Office Building, Phase II of the Electronic City Exchange Plaza, and Indigo Apartment Building, and communicated in-depth with the project owners on cooperation and development opportunities, and expressed condolences to the front-line employees of the project. During the investigation, Zhu Xinbao called on Huang Shifang, China Ambassador to Mauritius, and Wang Lei, Economic and Commercial Counselor, inspected the land held by the Mauritian company affiliated to the group, listened to the work reports and demands of the Mauritian company, and proposed to consolidate the fundamentals of the existing market for the Mauritian company, accelerate the promotion of high-quality transformation and upgrading of overseas business, coordinate the two-way efforts of business development and safety management and control, and continue to strengthen the cultivation of overseas talent teams.
