Zheng Yimin led a team to supervise and inspect real estate safety work
On June 25, Zheng Yimin, deputy general manager of CJI, led a team to No. 283 Zhongshan North Road and No. 5 Beijing West Road to supervise and inspect the safety work, accompanied by the leadership team of SDIC.
At No. 283 Zhongshan North Road, Zheng Yimin listened to the overall situation of the property and the report on the implementation of the fire protection renovation project, inquired in detail about the current leasing and use situation, and communicated with some lessees on operation and daily safety. In response to the complex property rights status of the property, Zheng Yimin emphasized that it is necessary to further clarify the boundaries and implement the main responsibilities within our jurisdiction; we must attach great importance to the safety hazards of such old properties, and we must strengthen the frequency of on-site inspections to ensure safety management is implemented to create a safer and more stable operating and leasing environment.
At No. 5 Beijing West Road, Zheng Yimin conducted research“knowledge economy circle around south·International Talent Community Qihang Port”On the project, exchanges and discussions were held with the main responsible comrades of Hunan Road Sub-district Office, Gulou District Industry and Development Group, and Zhihui CJI. While affirming the actual results of the Qihang Port project in the short term, she said that the project is a good start for win-win cooperation among multiple parties. She hopes to further expand the cooperation methods of carrier operation, and use business incubation and achievement transformation as the starting point to jointly create a replicable, sustainable and profitable cooperation model. Finally, Zheng Yimin pointed out that while ensuring economic benefits, Zhihui CJI should establish a strong bottom line of safety thinking, strengthen awareness of hidden danger prevention, strengthen the inspection, maintenance and renovation of building facilities and equipment, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the Qihang Port project.
