On May 19, external directors Zhang Peng, Wang Zhengxi, Wei Hongjun and Ping Yan of CJI investigated the construction waste recycling disposal project in Haizhou District of Lianyungang, Zhongjiang Wujian, accompanied by Tu Yaxing, deputy general manager of the group.
Lianyungang project is one of the first projects with operation intention since the establishment of Zhongjiang Zihuan Company. Zhongjiang Fifth Construction actively participates in the construction of the project. After the completion of the project, construction waste will be used to produce various types of recycled aggregates, blocks, etc., and to eliminate construction waste.
Through on-the-spot investigation, the external directors understood the construction status of Lianyungang project; through discussion and exchange, they listened to the report on the progress of the project and learned in detail the measures of safety management, quality management and progress management of the project. The external directors affirmed the current project management situation, and emphasized the need to continue to do a good job in safety management, supplier management and brand building, and unswervingly follow the road of refined management.
During the visit, the outside directors made recommendations on the direction of the company's development. First, we should focus on the core business of solid waste resource utilization, deepen market research, carefully evaluate production capacity, and enhance team strength by organizing special technical training. The second is to strictly control investment risks and build“Operate first, invest later”The steady model, focus on creating high-quality recycled products. The third is to establish a high-level coordination mechanism with local governments, and actively promote the construction of a real-time supervision platform for construction waste informatization in the province, and use intelligent means to improve the level of industry supervision. Fourth, we should fill the market gap by developing more high-end products, and actively strengthen the research and development of key equipment with the help of research institutes and university laboratories, build technical barriers, and avoid risks such as market downturn. The fifth is to promote the construction and operation experience of the assembly base, comprehensively consider the revitalization of the relevant land and plant resources of the Taizhou base, and form the ability of sustainable development.
