   On the afternoon of March 20, the Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd. held a 2026 compliance special meeting and management review meeting to report on the operation of the 2025 compliance management system and the results of performance evaluation, and to commend the 2025 outstanding compliance liaison officers. Huang Xu, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the Jiangsu Complete Equipment Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Ning Yongcai, deputy general manager and compliance officer, presided over the meeting.

   Huang Xu pointed out that the current regulatory depth, breadth and intensity continue to improve, compliance management has been from the traditional“Avoid penalties”It has become an important support for the core competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises. With the expansion of the company's business and the extension of the industrial chain, the number of compliance risk points is increasing, and any omission in any link may seriously damage the company's reputation, and even lead to legal, financial and other chain risks. To this end, the construction of a pragmatic and efficient, self-improving compliance management system is a solid guarantee for the company to explore new areas and seize new markets.

   At the meeting, a signing ceremony of the 2026 Integrity and Compliance Commitment was held simultaneously. Representatives of the Compliance Liaison Officer and the Compliance Officer jointly signed the Integrity and Compliance Commitment.
