The Group held special training on international project schedule management

   On March 12, the International Division of the Group held a special training on progress management of international engineering projects. This training adopts a combination of online and offline methods. More than 130 project management personnel from various enterprises and branches of the international engineering sector participated in the training.     

   Zhou Youlin, a senior expert in the field of international engineering, was invited to give a lecture. Combined with many years of practical experience and typical cases, Zhou Youlin systematically explained the progress plan preparation method, four-level plan management system, progress quantitative calculation model, key line dynamic management, on-site plan control means and progress assurance measures. In the lecture, the specific application of Primavera P6 software in project management was demonstrated on the spot, and the practical problems encountered in the implementation of overseas projects of the group were analyzed and discussed in depth.   

   This training is the first of the annual series of training for the International Business Department, and is an important measure to implement the Group's international engineering business development strategy and improve the management ability of the core project team. In the next step, the International Division will carry out follow-up special training as planned to continuously empower the project team and help the high-quality development of the Group's overseas business.
