The Group held a work retreat for the international resource development and supply sector

   On the afternoon of February 25, CJI held a retreat on the development and supply of international resources. Group Deputy General Manager Zhang Ke attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

   At the meeting, the participants conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions around the 2026 work target, overseas logistics network construction plan, and the path of traditional traders transforming into trade integrated service providers.

   Zhang Ke listened carefully to the speech and put forward three requirements for the next step: first, we should continue to expand the business layout, orderly promote the upstream and downstream extension of the supply chain, actively explore the layout of logistics network in the group's overseas resource advantages, and improve the supply chain service ability. The second is to deepen collaboration and cooperation, strengthen internal resource integration, actively seek in-depth linkage with other business sectors of the group, and continuously explore new business growth points. Third, we should lay a solid foundation for development, pay close attention to the situation at home and abroad, study and judge market changes in a timely manner, attach great importance to exchange rate risk management, and at the same time, we should continue to strengthen the building of team cohesion and stimulate the endogenous driving force of executives to start their own businesses.

   Relevant persons in charge and business backbones of the Group's International Business Department, companies in the international resource development and supply sector and complete set companies attended the meeting.
