The Group successfully held overseas new energy promotion seminar and new energy exhibition

On February 9, 2026, CJI held an overseas new energy promotion seminar at its headquarters, and carried out an exhibition of new energy industry and related products at the same time. Group leaders, heads of secondary enterprises in the international business sector and business backbones gathered at the scene to explore the development direction and measures of overseas new energy business.

This conference focused on the development trend of global new energy, and deeply discussed the application potential and implementation path of new energy in overseas engineering projects. Through sand table deduction, economic model calculation and practical case sharing at home and abroad, the meeting systematically demonstrated the comprehensive value of new energy solutions in reducing operating costs, improving power supply stability, and optimizing site management. The Group's affiliated companies, such as Haijin, Nengke and Haier, respectively made special reports on the topics of green transformation strategy, green electricity substitution analysis of engineering projects, and specific project application of new energy technologies, providing practical ideas and directions for the development of the Group's overseas new energy business.

The new energy exhibition, which was held simultaneously with the seminar, brought together the relevant business units of the group and six external cooperative enterprises, including Xugong Group, Wanbang Digital Energy and Shaanxi Fengkaiyue. All exhibitors focused on the forefront of the industry and shared in detail the core products and technologies such as new energy construction machinery, the overall solution of zero-carbon park, and the integrated housing of optical storage. They not only built a rich product and scheme selection platform for the green transformation of the group's overseas business, but also conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with on-site participants to build consensus on cooperation.

The successful holding of this event marks that the group has taken substantial steps in accelerating the layout of overseas new energy business and promoting the green and low-carbon development of overseas projects. In the future, the Group will continue to integrate internal and external high-quality resources, deepen the cooperation of all parties, and strive to create more competitive new energy comprehensive solutions for global customers, and help the green transformation and high-quality development of overseas business with practical actions.
