The Group held the 2025 Domestic Engineering Sector Operation Analysis Meeting

   On the morning of January 27, CJI held the 2025 domestic engineering sector business analysis meeting. Tu Yaxing, deputy general manager of the group, Ping Yan, financial supervisor of the provincial SASAC, attended the meeting, and Zhu Haifeng, minister of the domestic business department, presided over the meeting. 

   At the meeting, the Construction Group, the Third Construction Branch, Zhongjiang Zihuan, the Design Institute and the Public Construction Center made exchange speeches. The domestic division reported on the production and operation of the plate in 2025, analyzed the current industry situation, and made arrangements for the key work in 2026. The head of the relevant functional department of the headquarters puts forward the work requirements from the aspects of financial risk, compliance management and enterprise management. Ping Yan put forward opinions and suggestions from the aspects of improving management value, sorting out larger risk matters and enterprise development.

   Tu Yaxing affirmed the work of the plate in 2025 and put forward requirements for the work in 2026. First, all units should face the current difficulties and challenges in the industry with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, and should establish innovative ideas to develop new businesses from a small point of view. Second, the domestic business department should converge“wisdom of success”While controlling risks, we should strive to empower the operation and development of plate enterprises; we should continue to improve management efficiency, institutionalize, standardize and long-term innovative practices of production and operation inspection of major projects, and improve management quality and efficiency. Third, plate enterprises should attach great importance to the current key points of work, in view of the outstanding problems pointed out in the recent various inspections, to actively implement the rectification closed loop, sort out and improve the relevant system, and gradually improve the corporate governance system. Tu Yaxing put forward opinions and suggestions on project cost control, project management system application and incremental assessment.

   Main persons in charge of each subsidiary of the domestic engineering sector, relevant functional departments of the headquarters, and relevant personnel of the domestic business department shall attend the meeting.
