The first hoisting of steel structure roof truss beam of BOP sub-item of Guangdong Lianjiang Nuclear Power Project was successful
At the beginning of the new year, good news came! The Guangdong Lianjiang Nuclear Power Project built by Zhongjiang Shengxing Heavy Industry, a subsidiary of Zhongjiang Assembly Company, successfully completed the first lifting task of 75 tons of roof truss beams in the three waste plant. The hoisting process is smooth and orderly, and the size control is accurate and in place, marking a breakthrough in the key nodes of the project and sounding the charge for the follow-up construction.
The construction of the Guangdong Lianjiang nuclear power project phase I project BOP (three waste plant, etc.) sub-item steel structure project, its core components——Three waste plant roof beam module width 6 meters, 2.2 meters high, span up to 30 meters. In order to ensure the construction quality and efficiency, the project department innovatively adopted“Factory sectional prefabrication on-site assembly and hoisting”The scientific solution realizes the organic combination of precise processing of components and efficient assembly on site. The company's project department actively co-ordinates the management team and construction team, and collaborates to deal with multiple challenges such as process coordination, typhoon weather and welding process, effectively ensuring the smooth progress of the project. The quality standard of nuclear power engineering is extremely strict. The precision of prefabrication and assembly of components must be controlled at millimeter level. In particular, the opening position of roof truss beam module must be completely consistent with embedded bolts, which makes the construction extremely difficult. For this reason, the whole staff of the project department met the difficulties and carried out detailed deduction of the whole hoisting process through careful deployment and advance planning, finally realizing the accurate and smooth hoisting of the roof truss beam module at one time.
This project is the first nuclear-related steel structure project undertaken by Zhongjiang Shengxia Company. It is not only another leap for the company after the major water conservancy project in Shijiaizui, Zhuhai, but also a key step for the company to move into a new market. The success of the first crane has accumulated valuable experience for the follow-up construction.
