Four reform practices were selected as typical cases

   Recently, the Jiangsu State-owned Enterprise Development and Reform Research Association announced typical cases of the deepening and upgrading of the reform of state-owned enterprises in Jiangsu Province, and 4 cases selected by CJI were successfully selected. 

   Typical cases are divided into three reform categories, among which "Gathering Reform and Innovation to Help Overseas Business Improve Quality and Efficiency" is selected as a typical case of functional mission category, "Building a Foundation for Development with Compliance as the Root", "Building a Secure Defense Line for State-owned Assets through a Network of Internal Audit Supervision" is selected as a typical case of institutional mechanism category, and "Strengthening Functions to Serve the Overall Situation and Innovating the Centralized Construction of Government Investment Projects“Jiangsu model”"Selected as a typical case of comprehensive category.

   The group attaches great importance to the deepening and upgrading of the reform of state-owned enterprises, always regards reform as the key to promote development, integrates reform tasks into the whole process of daily operation and management, and forms a number of distinctive and landing reform practice results through continuous reform practice and optimization adjustment.

   In the next step, the group will take the selection of this case as an opportunity, closely follow the strategic deployment of the new round of state-owned enterprise reform, deepen the replication and promotion of reform experience, focus on the main responsibility and main business, further enhance the core functions, enhance the core competitiveness, and strive to create a new situation of high-quality development.
