CJI held 2025 training class for party organization secretaries and party cadres

   From November 4 to 6, CJI held a training course for party secretaries and party cadres in 2025 at Nantong Zhangjian Entrepreneur College. Song Qinbo, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the group, attended the exchange and discussion, Sun Guangneng, deputy secretary of the party committee of the group, attended the opening ceremony and made a mobilization speech, and Wang Xiaohong, member of the standing Committee of the Nantong Municipal CPC Committee, minister of the United Front work Department, and president of Zhang Jian Entrepreneur College, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. 

   This training focused on combining theoretical study with practical insights, inviting party building experts and group leaders to teach the students General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on party building, systematically explaining the deep integration of party building and corporate culture, and helping the group to develop with high quality. During the training, the trainees also went to Nantong Museum, Jiangsu Dasheng Group, and the 14th Army Memorial Hall of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army to carry out on-site teaching, and felt the red gene and the spirit of hard work in the real world.

   During the exchange and discussion, Song Qinbo combined the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the CPC Central Committee on the formulation of national economic and social development.“The 15th Five-Year Plan”The suggestions of the development plan discussed with the students on how to give full play to the leading role of the party organization in the reform and development, and the deep integration of party building and production and operation. He stressed: party organization secretaries at all levels should consolidate the work of party building at the grass-roots level, ensure the leading position of party organizations in ideology and politics, understand business and management, and promote the deep integration of party building work with production and operation. it is necessary to study and implement the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, continue to strengthen the building of the party's work style, and complete all annual tasks with high quality.
